“So let’s do it—full of belief... Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on.” –Hebrews 10:24-25

Text: Genesis 1:26-31

Sermon Title: “Formed in the Image of God”

Theme Scripture tells us we are formed in the image of God. These are not
only words of encouragement but they also give us a glimpse into the
fact that we were created to be in a relationship with The Lord.
Questions to Think About as You Read:

1) When you hear that you are formed in the image of God how does that make
you feel?
2) How do we reconcile that we are formed in the image of God with the realities
we experience within ourselves?
3) How can we tap into the Biblical truth of being formed in God’s image?
