“So let’s do it—full of belief... Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on.” –Hebrews 10:24-25

Sermon Title: “Formed into the Body of Christ”

Every person’s body has different parts and each part serves a
different function. In the same way both in individual churches and
across denominations each church/denomination plays a different role
in the spread of the Gospel.

Questions to Think About as You Read:

1) Can you think of a time when you injured a body part and discovered that
you’ve been taking it for granted?
2) Just as different people in your family fill different roles how do different
churches fill different roles?
3) When your body is healthy and everything is working great it’s amazing what
you can do. Imagine what a congregation could look like if every part/person
was connected to their faith?
